HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

• Nobody likes to wait and we ship as soon as possible from one of our locations throughout the U.S nearest to you. We know you want it yesterday. (Conditions Apply) 
• All wigs are handmade and will need to take 3-5 business days to make and an additional 3-5 business days to be shipped. The total processing time from the wig being made to being delivered will approximately take 10-12 calendar days.
• All other products (excluding wigs) will be shipped in 3-5 business days. 

WILL THE WIG BE CUSTOMIZED?

 No, All wigs are sold brand new and will not be customized.

WHAT COLOR DOES DAISEADOLLS COME IN? DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM COLORING?

• All of our extensions vary between blonde, natural black, and natural brown. There is no custom coloring. We ask that you seek a professional.

CAN DAISEADOLLS HAIR BE COLORED OR DYED?

• Yes. All our hair can be colored and lightened. We advise you to seek professional help when coloring your hair extensions, for you can over process your hair extensions.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY DAISEADOLLS HAIR LAST FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME?

• We suggest that you shampoo your extensions every two weeks using a mild shampoo. In between those two weeks, you should only condition your hair. Conditioning your extensions will ensure that your hair stays luscious and beautiful. Following these simple steps, can result in your extensions lasting up to a full year or more.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY DAISEADOLLS HAIR/PRODUCTS?

• No. Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to choose the correct lengths and textures before checking out with your order.
